We park our horses and have a picnic lunch in the forest - Shaslik of lamb meat (we call it Shiskabob) cooked over a wood fire, home-made bread, radishes, and salad greens, and we eat it all with our fingers. It was so good!!!!

I didn't get to go to Switzerland on this trip (I had thought I might) but I think Crimea has to be just as beautiful as Switzerland.
